Our best friend CareBear went home to the lord on October 1st, 2025. As our hearts ache we know you're running free again, reunited at last with your doggie siblings Bella and Shadow. Although the minutes, hours, days, months and years will never be enough. We were blessed to have gotten 12 years with you. Within those 12 years, we learned not to leave you home alone with food on the table. That you had a deep love for chocolate, but it didn't love you. We learned that anything you could reach was free game. We learned to always keep a towel on standby for after you got a drink unless we wanted a drooly bath. You'd make all the floors a slip and slide after every drink and not once in that moment did we think, "I'm going to miss this someday." But the truth is, yes we'd take back that slip and slide in a heart beat.

CareBear was truly more than just a dog, she was a best friend. With a heart so pure, a gentle loving giant who would never hurt a soul. She was always ready to meet her next best friend. She enjoyed visiting whoever was outside when she went out, especially kids. She enjoyed visitors and all the attention. She was a fan of table snacks especially from her mom and of course her grandpappy who was known to break mom's rules on what she could and couldn't have. She lived a life worth living, with so much love, attention and enjoyment.

CareBear, your companionship, loyalty, love and sass will never be forgotten. Not a day goes by that you aren't talked about or thought of. We love and miss you.

This isn't goodbye, this is see you later. Til we meet again.
