In memory of our best friend Kobi.... Kobi became part of our families' lives 17 years ago. He was the runt of his litter but he stood out among the rest of his siblings. The bond was instantaneous as he jumped into our arms that day, he also jumped into each one of our hearts. We were blessed in so many ways to have Kobi...always friendly and the greeter at our door to whomever should enter. He was our constant companion and enjoyed our summer home on Lake Erie along with traveling the eastern shores of New Jersey and the Outer Banks each year. Bichons aren't necessarily known for being "water dogs" but he certainly enjoyed beach time with his family. Kobi's journey came to an end two weeks after his seventeenth birthday on 1/25/15 due to end stage kidney failure. We miss his loving expressions, his ability to always make things seem better, his deep devotion to us and the way he felt in our arms. Kobi left paw prints in the sand, but the paw prints left in our hearts will never be washed away. Love, Cindy and Mike
