**In Loving Memory of Chunkers (Lexy)**

*Adopted November 24, 2014 – April 8, 2025*

With heavy hearts, we said goodbye to our beloved Lexy—affectionately known as Chunkers—on April 8th, 2025. Chunkers became part of our family on November 24th, 2014, thanks to an unexpected offer from our mailman who simply asked, "Do you want another dog?" It turned out to be one of the best questions ever asked.

Chunkers had a gift for joy and made everyday moments sweeter. She believed firmly in the "ice/whipped cream tax," and collected it with charming consistency. Her favorite hobbies included chasing laser lights with fierce determination and enjoying long, peaceful snoozes—especially when curled up beneath our feet or nestled into her bed.

Chunkers was more than a pet—she was a quiet, constant presence, always close by, offering companionship, comfort, and unconditional love. Her absence leaves a paw-shaped hole in our hearts, but her memory will forever warm our home.

Rest easy, sweet girl. We'll see you at the rainbow bridge.
