Obituary

Some souls leave paw prints so deeply on our hearts that they can never be erased. Our beloved Nala Grace was one of those extraordinary souls.

On July 15, 2026, our beautiful baby girl peacefully crossed the Rainbow Bridge, leaving behind a silence that can never truly be filled. She wasn't "just a dog"—she was family, her human mommy's heart and soul, her constant companion, and one of the greatest blessings we were ever given.

She was her human mommy's emotional support, her furry diary, her heartbeat. Her human mommy was definitely Nala's person.

After being at the veterinary hospital, we made the heartbreaking decision to let our sweet girl spend her final moments where she felt safest—at home, surrounded by the people who loved her most. Nala passed away peacefully in her human mommy's arms, wrapped in endless hugs, kisses, and whispered "I love yous." She left this world knowing nothing but love, comfort, and the warmth of the arms that had held her throughout her life. While our hearts broke into a million pieces, we are forever grateful that her last moments were spent at home, where she belonged.

Nala had a spirit that was as beautiful as her soul. She lived every day with unconditional love, endless loyalty, and pure joy. Whether she was riding shotgun as our proud little passenger princess, feeling the wind through her fur during car rides, exploring the beauty of Buttermilk Falls, making her favorite Starbucks runs for a pup cup, or happily enjoying an ice cream cone, Nala made every adventure more special simply by being there. She never cared where we were going, as long as she was with the people she loved, she went everywhere with her human mommy and daddy.

She leaves behind countless precious memories and a family whose lives will never be the same without her.

Nala is survived by her devoted human mommy and human daddy, her two loving human brothers, her human sister-in-law, her precious human little nephew, and a soon-to-be human baby niece whom she will lovingly watch over from Heaven. She is also survived by her birth mommy, Lola, age 13, who still resides at home with us, and her beloved fur brother, Loki, age 10, from the litter before she was born, and her adoptive 2 yr old fur brother, Rougie who resides at home with her humans.

The love Nala gave was unconditional and endless. She taught us that the simplest moments—a car ride, a walk, a cuddle on the couch, or simply being together—are often life's greatest gifts. She filled our home with laughter, comfort, happiness, and a love that will remain with us forever.

Although our hearts are shattered, we find peace in believing she is now running free, healthy and whole again, with beautiful angel wings upon her back, chasing butterflies across Heaven's fields and waiting for the day she sees her family again.

Run free, our beautiful Nala Grace.

Thank you for every tail wag, every kiss, every cuddle, every adventure, every pup cup, every ice cream cone, every car ride, and every moment of unconditional love you gave us. You were our once-in-a-lifetime dog, our best friend, and a piece of our hearts that left with you.

Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge...

You will always be loved. You will always be missed. And you will always be our precious baby girl.

Forever in our hearts. Forever our Nala Grace.
