Our dear sweet Tink left us on January 10, 2015. He was 12 years old. He was born on a farm in Spring Grove Pennsylvania and became the companion of one just starting out in her teaching career. He began his days in Hanover Pennsylvania where he enjoyed greeting his owner at the door, watching the pigeons on the window ledge, and sitting with his owner as she enjoyed her daily coca-cola after work. He would later have a fur sister named Melina, which he fondly took care of , chased her around the house, and took turns with her as to who would get into mischief. Later, he moved on to Indiana Pennsylvania where he became a brother to Dominic. He liked watching him play with his Lego's. Being one of loyalty, he would often lay with Dominic when he was sick to make sure that he was ok.
Tink was a handsome guy…often enjoying when people would tell him he was a "pretty kitty"…he would meow in delight to this compliment. He loved sunbathing…often sleeping hours in the sun as he enjoyed the chirping of the birds. If he was not doing that, he would walk around the house…chatting up a storm.
Later in life he would make a friend named Mike. Tink made Mike work for his affections at first…but when the bond was formed…it was a beautiful one. Tink left this earth knowing his new friend was a caring person and would take care of the family that he loved so much.
We will always remember Tink and what a loving caring cat he was. We look forward to seeing him again someday…when we arrive at the Rainbow Bridge.
We Love You and Miss You Tink,
Sarah, Mike, Dominic, and Melina
